An established and well-respected integrated health system in Southeastern Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join a collegial and mission-driven outpatient pediatrics team. This is a full-time position based on a hospital campus with access to state-of-the-art facilities, academic support, and a compassionate, underserved patient population.
Position Highlights:
Join a collaborative group of 5 Pediatricians and 2 CRNPs
Office located on a major hospital campus; walking distance to a regional medical school
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule
Call rotation approximately 1:5 evenings and weekends, supported by Family Medicine senior residents
Inpatient nursery rounds every fifth week with medical learners
Opportunity to teach residents and medical students from both Allopathic and Osteopathic programs
Dedicated hospital pediatric support, including 24/7 Pediatric Hospitalists, Emergency Department Pediatric coverage, and Neonatology services
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary ($220,000–$240,000)
