As a Personal Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for your assigned guests, responsible for overseeing their stay from pre-arrival to departure. You will blend the roles of a concierge and front desk agent, building strong relationships with guests to understand their preferences and provide exceptional, personalized service. Your goal is to ensure each guest feels valued and catered to, creating lasting impressions that embody the essence of our luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
This position may require flexibility in hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate guest needs. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.
