Position Overview:
The Physician Assistant will deliver critical medical support during state-declared emergencies, providing care in dynamic settings such as Medical Special Needs Shelters (MSNS), Points of Dispensing Sites (PODS), urgent care centers, and Temporary Medical Operation Staging Areas (TMOSA).

Qualifications:
?Education: Graduation from an accredited PA program.
?Licensure: Active, unencumbered PA license in any U.S. state.
?Experience: 1+ years in Emergency Medicine, Primary Care, or related fields.
?Technical Skills: Proficiency in patient assessments, emergency treatments, medication|vaccine administration, and behavioral health support.
?Soft Skills: Adaptability, teamwork, and calm decision-making under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
?Conduct patient screenings and medical assessments.
?Administer first aid, medications, and vaccinations.
?Collaborate with physicians and emergency response teams.
?Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to crisis protocols.
