Who we are: MH7, Medical Housecalls 7 has been changing lives by delivering
mobile medical care to geriatric patients in the valley for almost 14 years to elderly patients who cannot access primary care because they experience barriers in navigating or access medical care. We currently offer mobile primary care, mobile podiatry and mobile psychiatry to our geriatric patients.
Our MH7 providers travel to see underserved, geriatric patients
IN-Person inside assisted-living communities, assisted-living facilities and a few private residences within an assigned territory
near the provider’s home . Even though MH7 sees adults, the average age of the MH7 patient is 86 years-old. If you have a special place in your heart for the elderly, we are the company for you.
Positions available: MH7 is looking for
Board Certified Physicians Assistants and
Nurse Practitioners who have the passion to serve the elderly and vulnerable who are unable to access primary care.
- Part-Time (3 Days a week) and Full-Time positions are available M-F
- Locations : Valleywide: (Multiple territories available such as Avondale/Goodyear, Peoria/Glendale, Scottsdale/Phoenix, Mesa/Gilbert, Maricopa/ San Tan Valley)
- This is an in-person position where you travel to the patient's location.
Experience: - Experience preferred but not required. We have 2 teaching physicians who can train and or assist you if you need help.

Compensation: DOE multiple pay structures available according to schedules.
