• Prepare pizza menu offerings in accordance with recipe and quality standards
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work station in accordance with health standards
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sous Chef & Chef de Cuisine

• Experience in pizza production and knowledge of variety and regionality of italian pizza
• Previous experience working with wood burning oven, convection oven and other commercial kitchen equipment
• Culinary diploma or equivalent in experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills a must
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work on-site for assigned schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
