The Grove, Pizza Cucina & Wine Bar in Hobe Sound, FL (formerly known as Angelo's Too) is looking for one experienced Pizza cook to join our strong team. We are dedicated to a Fresh Twist on Italian and excellence in service, standards and food quality. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure ingredients
• Mix and blend dough and batters
• Roll, knead, cut, and shape dough to form garlic rolls, pizza pie crusts, cookies, or other products.
• Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
• Prepare homemade pizza sauce
• Prep toppings
• Accurately top and bake orders for pizza and rolls in a fast paced environment.
• Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
• Prepare and maintain inventory
• Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
• Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
• Experience as a Pizza Chef/ Baker a plus
