Location: San Francisco, CA (onsite)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM PST (includes a 1-hour unpaid dinner break)Duration: Ongoing contractPay: $40-$45/hr (W2)We're excited to find a talented Presentation Designer to join an onsite team in San Francisco! This long-term, second-shift role offers the chance to create high-impact, visually stunning materials that support both internal and external clients-all within a dynamic, fast-paced corporate setting.Responsibilities: Design presentations, pitch books, brochures, infographics, and other client-facing materials using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all deliverables. Collaborate with internal teams and global stakeholders to meet tight deadlines and evolving priorities. Manage multiple design requests simultaneously with speed, precision, and strong attention to detail. Intake of presentation and graphic design requests; ensuring quality, timeliness and overall client satisfaction. Create, produce, edit, and annotate graphic designs, multimedia files and documents in accordance with specifications, using a variety of high-end graphics applications. Manage and prioritize multiple deadlines, functioning independently with limited work direction. Ensure brand integrity while meeting our internal clients' need for creative, professional, high-quality and cost-effective graphic materials. Create/edit/modify materials and become an expert in the Microsoft Office suite. Receive feedback and apply this to continuous improvements in quality output, develop capabilities for innovation and service excellence. Develop knowledge of deal process and banker roles in the interest of improving understanding of document requirements and of providing customer service excellence. Understand quality and timeliness performance metrics, within the context of continuous improvement of quality and service. Maintain a consistently high-level of job accuracy and efficiency. Maintain performance within established team procedures and policies, including adherence to the team's attendance and lateness policy, submission of time worked through the appropriate tool before the given deadlines, and following print security and physical access procedures. Qualifications: 4-6 years of experience in corporate presentation design. Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Comfortable working in high-demand, deadline-driven environments. The pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including education, work experience, job location, specific responsibilities, certifications, and more.
