Description Under the direction of the Creative Director, the Presentation Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and strategic presentations to support business needs. This role involves developing high-impact pitch decks, executive presentations, infographics, and visual storytelling elements that communicate complex business concepts in a simple, engaging way. Proficiency in Pitch, Keynote, and PowerPoint is essential. The ideal candidate is a visual thinker who thrives on clarity, design precision, and storytelling. Secondary responsibilities may include supporting print collateral, website design, and email marketing assets as needed.
Key Responsibilities - Design and produce clean, on-brand, and high-impact presentations using Pitch, PowerPoint, and Keynote
- Translate complex business data and concepts into clear, engaging visual stories
- Create infographics, icon systems, diagrams, and slide visuals to support narrative flow
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand messaging goals and align visual content
- Ensure consistency with brand standards across all presentation assets
- Work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and business development teams
- Support secondary design needs including print collateral, email templates, and website graphics
- Manage and update a central repository of visual assets and templates
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and presentation best practices
- Other design-related tasks as assigned
Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1–3 years of experience creating professional presentations in a corporate setting
- Strong skills in Pitch, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience designing for business storytelling, pitch decks, and marketing presentations
- Ability to design charts, infographics, and layouts that enhance message clarity
- Understanding of brand systems and layout design
- Experience with Figma, Notion, and HubSpot is a plus
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to apply creative talent to a blank canvas without an existing model in place
- Resume must include online portfolio that can be accessed digitally
Physical Requirements - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)
