Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Assistant to join our dynamic Phoenix team. This role is essential in supporting the production process, ensuring projects run smoothly, and maintaining the highest standards of quality from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day production operations, including scheduling, coordination, and organization.
Support production staff with administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting.
Help prepare and manage equipment, materials, and production spaces.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
Maintain production records, logs, and inventory accurately.
Contribute to problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in production or a fast-paced administrative environment is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in production software and Microsoft Office Suite.
