.Job Description:Corn seed bagging and palletizing.Soybean seed treating, bagging, and palletizing.Must be able to follow direction & perform repetitive production activities.Must be able to interpret and follow written production orders including quantities, lot numbers, and labels.All training and instructions typically given on the job.Proficiency is attained in a short time on the job.
Skills:Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence and memos.Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and in group situations.Ability to pass forklift training test.Must be able to repeatedly lift to 50 pounds.Basic Math. Ability to work on foot for prolonged periods of time in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge: Knowledge and compliance with all safety guidelines.Knowledge of basic math, counting, etc. Steel Toed Shoes Required.
