What You'll Do:

• Measure and install motorized window treatments, including Lutron shades and drapery hardware.
• Set up and install AV equipment (TVs, in-wall speakers, AV racks, and more).
• Program and troubleshoot systems and perform low-voltage wiring as needed.
• Interface with clients and builders to achieve flawless results.
• Solve challenges on-site and uphold high standards of craftsmanship.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 2 years experience with installations (window treatments, AV equipment, networking, construction, or related fields).
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Excited to travel to and work in diverse and interesting job sites nationwide.
• Problem-solving skills, a positive mindset, and a strong desire to delight clients.
• Comfortable performing hands-on work, including lifting up to 75 pounds and safely climbing a 12-foot ladder when needed.
• Drivers license is required.

Pay Range: $26-$39 per hour dependent on experience and additional factors. This is an hourly, non-exempt role.
