This has forced health systems into a battle of competing priorities — patient experience, clinical workflows, affiliate referrals, business outcomes, marketing initiatives. No one system can do it all, yet they aren’t made to integrate or communicate with each other. This leaves health systems with big gaps to try and piece together themselves on the back end.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Project Coordinator to support the coordination of our healthcare technology implementations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys working across multiple teams, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to grow their career in operations or project support.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and support client-facing teams to ensure deliverables are on track, communications are clear, and priorities are aligned. While this position does not involve owning full project plans, it requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to adapt to evolving needs. The Project Coordinator serves as a key connector, helping our teams stay aligned and efficient during implementation.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support Project Managers and internal stakeholders in organizing, scheduling, and tracking client implementation projects
• Prepare and distribute project documentation, meeting notes, and status updates
• Maintain and update project schedules, Jira boards, and internal trackers
• Coordinate and document internal and client-facing meetings
• Assist with follow-ups on action items, deadlines, and deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful project execution
• Help manage project artifacts and documentation within Confluence, Jira, and shared drives
• Assist in identifying project risks and communicating them to the Project Manager
• Ensure client satisfaction through timely support and attention to detail

Qualifications

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks concurrently
• Detail-oriented with the ability to track and follow through on multiple moving pieces
• Communicates clearly and professionally in both written and verbal interactions with internal teams and external clients
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain positive, productive relationships with diverse individuals and teams
• Highly collaborative and effective at working across functions, roles, and varying communication styles
• Comfortable adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take initiative and navigate ambiguity
• Exercises sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion when working with clients and internal stakeholders
• Basic understanding of project management tools and principles (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Gantt charts, or similar)
• Quick to learn technical and healthcare-specific concepts
• Comfortable in a team-oriented environment and contributes to a positive, solutions-focused culture

Education and Experience:

• 1–2 years of professional experience in a project support, operations, or coordinator role
• Exposure to project management methodologies or tools is desirable
• Experience working in a SaaS, healthcare technology/IT, or healthcare B2B environment highly preferred 
• Experience working in a startup or scaling organization is highly desirable.
