An ?Enrollee? is a participant in a grant program established through a Cooperative Agreement funded by the agency and administered by NEW Solutions.This opportunity applies to applicants legally eligible to work in the United States.Qualifications:Minimum of 20 year(s) of experience in Project Management in Design and Construction environment OR BA/BS Degree in Engineering (including but not limited to Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural, Civil, Environmental), Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Construction ManagementEnrollee shall have and maintain a professional license appropriate for their discipline (engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, etc). Experience in managing A/E projects from design through construction.Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS OutlookDuties:Enrollee will support Southeast Regional Office with project management assistance related to storm recovery efforts involving repair, replacement, and hardening of park facilities which may include archaeological, historical, and traditional cultural properties. Enrollee will provide assistance to multiple parks with disaster recovery, as needed and time allows. Enrollee serves as an Engineering Advisor under the direction of the Southeast Regional Office Storm Recovery Program Manager and is responsible for initiating, establishing, guiding, and controlling multiple design/construction projects from inception (contracting) through completion. Enrollee may work on projects up to $5 million.Reviews damage assessments documents and assesses site challenges to confirm approach and requirements for repairing, replacing, hardening or creating a new alternative.20%Develop plans, specifications, and estimates for facility repair projects to be executed either with either day labor or contracted out.40%Supports development of PMIS projects, investment review documents, monthly updates on progress and milestone schedules, and coordinates with Park staff on completion of compliance process.20%Prepares spend plans and allocation requests, tracks and documents all costs associated with projects. Overall project management with hosting routine project specific meetings with region staff and parks.
