Location:  Remote with 10% travel within Territory

Job Summary:  

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects across different teams and departments. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate project goals, progress, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, manage risks, and implement changes as necessary to ensure project goals are met. Prepare and present regular status reports to the Manager of Project Management.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently and effectively. Identify potential cost overruns and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.
  • Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned, areas for improvement, and celebrate successes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification is preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years of previous experience as a Project Manager.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional problem solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
