As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will practice with clinical autonomy alongside psychiatrist support, using advanced EMR and machine learning tools.
Flexible & Remote Telemedicine: Evidence‑based care via asynchronous case reviews, video consultations, and e‑prescribing.
Supportive and Collaborative Environment: Dedicated member & provider support teams, 1:1 consultations with clinical leadership, and internal communication forums.
Measurement‑Based Care: Weekly symptom adherence tracking and automatic treatment reviews.
Machine Learning‑Powered Decision Support: AI tools guide antidepressant prescribing (no controlled substances).
1099 contract agreement, autonomy to create your own schedule, no on‑call or after‑hours work, nationwide psychiatrists covered, malpractice insurance covered, collaboration with other providers.
