Hours: M-F 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

• Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate departments
• Inputting data into a case maintenance system
• Clocking in and disbursing mail
• Greeting the public, logging in clients for appointments
• Translate documents and interpret conversations for bilingual clients when required.
• Fill in providing support to various departments, including reception and switchboard, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have organizational skills
• Good oral and written communication skills a must
• Must conduct one’s self in a professional manner
• Good computer skills
• Proper phone and email etiquette including grammar
• **Must be bilingual in Spanish/English**
