MS-IL Staffing & Packaging, and its local client are NOW HIRING a Reach Truck Forklift Operator in the Plainfield, Indiana, area!

Pay: $19.00 / hour

Shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Job Overview: Performs a variety of activities related to the storage and shipping of raw material and/or finished product in order to support the overall operation and exceed customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately remove and stock product, customer’s product, and various supplies according to inventory plan
• Accurately select product to fill customer orders and package them properly
• Load and unload trucks and verify that correct items are loaded and unloaded
• Picking, processing and packing orders, also may be required to cut orders on Kaltenbach saw Cycle Counts.
• Identify, hold and segregate defective material
• Complete paperwork per work instructions, when required
• Perform general clean up
• Inspect forklift at the beginning of every shift; report issues to immediate supervisor or other designated personnel
• Participate, support, and comply with all health, safety, quality, ISO and 6S Initiatives, compliance and Lean initiatives, requirements, and/or trainings
• Ability to access and work in SAP or other Warehouse Management System
• Assist in any other duties to support the operation, as requested by supervisor or team lead
• Train others when required

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Ability to read, write, and speak and understand fluent English
• Ability to perform basic math
• Previous forklift experience
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time and perform bending, twisting, squatting, reaching and grasping motions
• This position requires access to export-controlled technical data. Employment is contingent upon OneBox’s ability to obtain all necessary export authorizations.

Preferred Requirements:

• Use of handheld measuring tools
• Basic computer skills and knowledge, such as with database programs and Microsoft Office programs.
• LEAN and/or Quality Control experience
• History of consistent dependable attendance
• 5 years of warehousing experience

Must be a "US Persons" includes a US citizen, US National, legal permanent resident, or asylee or refugee to gain system access for the job.
