Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity to join our corporate analysis team as a Real Estate Analyst. This can be a remote position (continental US) or based in the corporate office in Center City Philadelphia. Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, the Real Estate Analyst will perform detailed acquisition, development, and operational analysis related to hotel and hospitality-related assets. Additionally, the Real Estate Analyst will be involved with screening and evaluating new real estate investment opportunities for GF’s principals and clients and preparing and presenting opportunities to the acquisition and executive teams.
To be considered you must have prior hotel or financial modeling experience.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of the Real Estate Analyst include but are not limited to, producing financial models, analyses for transactions of varying complexity, due diligence activities, creating projections and pro formas, and ad-hoc projects as assigned. The Real Estate Analyst will work closely with team members to communicate viable solutions.

• Self-starter with a team player mentality and strong financial modeling and communication skills
• Sense of urgency and strong initiative
• Prior experience in an analyst position related to hotels, real estate, or similar industry
• Strong analytical skills
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in an analytical or financial modeling role
• Additional experience may warrant consideration for additional responsibilities and compensation
• 4-year degree or higher in a related business, hospitality, and/or analytical field of study
• Prior hotel and/or real estate financial experience
