RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We’re looking for a Receptionist to support our client—a leading provider of funeral, cremation, and cemetery services. You will join our team in Miami, FL with $15/hr pay for a 5-month contract (potential Temp to Hire opportunity). As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for visitors, callers, and team members. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive onsite
• Direct visitors to the appropriate team members or departments
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with professionalism
• Maintain a clean and presentable front desk area
• Handle incoming mail and deliveries; sort and distribute accordingly
• Manage front office supplies and inventory
• Schedule meetings, update calendars, and arrange travel when needed
• Maintain logs and issue visitor badges as part of office security protocols
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with standard office equipment (fax machines, printers, etc.)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• High school diploma required; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
