Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles across engineering, product, GTM, operations, and more. Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and interview strategy. Source, screen, and close top-tier talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Improve recruiting workflows, scorecards, and interview loops—especially within Ashby (our ATS). Provide hiring metrics and market insights to leadership. Collaborate with People and Ops teams on onboarding and org planning. Work onsite at our NYC HQ and engage closely with in-house teams. Qualifications: 4–6 years of recruiting experience in both agency and in-house environments. Proven track record hiring across technical and non-technical teams at early-stage startups. Deep familiarity with Ashby (or similar ATS), including reporting, automations, and templates. Skilled at building process from scratch: scorecards, kickoff meetings, and structured interviews. A clear communicator and relationship-builder who thrives on collaboration. Organized, resourceful, and data-informed—with a passion for top-tier hiring.
