LaSante Health Center is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring qualified candidates across both clinical and non-clinical departments. You will collaborate closely with department supervisors and Human Resources leadership to ensure timely and efficient recruitment, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop ideal candidate profiles Post job openings on internal and external platforms, ensuring accurate and engaging descriptions Actively source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals Review applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle Track applicant progress and manage records using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Assist in recruitment planning based on turnover trends and anticipated staffing needs Represent the organization’s mission, values, and culture in all hiring efforts Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong time management and organizational abilities Experience with ATS software and digital recruiting tools Ability to work independently and in collaboration with various departments Knowledge of healthcare staffing is a plus
