Work Arrangement - Onsite
The successful candidate is expected to report to the Warren Tech Center on a full-time basis. This role requires up to 75% domestic and international travel.

WHY : The purpose of this role is to ensure customers receive their vehicles quickly with the highest quality possible.
WHAT: As a Reflash specialist you will reflash sites to ensure smooth operation with attention to quality and optimization.
HOW: Tirelessly supporting the plants to make it happen for our customers.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
Coordinate reflash campaign requirements with location (Location, Site Rules, Hours of Operation, etc.)
Host daily start-up meetings to communicate daily expectations with GM employees and GM approved Contractors.
Coordinate daily operation strategies and assist with reflash and repair teams
Provide daily leadership updates and escalate effectively when required
Foster a forward-thinking work culture that embraces change and navigates future organizational and industry challenges.
Build and nurture strategic relationships across various functions including software, manufacturing, and program management to synergize efforts towards future innovations.
Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications):
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and deliver results
Proven ability to think critically and provide creative solutions
Basic understanding of vehicle systems with a minimum of 1 year of experience
Competency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):
Competency in both Internal Combustion Engine (I.C.E) and Electric Vehicle architectures
Proficiency in GM vehicle software development and deployment strategies
Vehicle diagnostic and repair experience
1+ year(s) previous experience with automotive electrical sub-systems
1+ year(s) of Vehicle Spy (or other vehicle level diagnostic system) experience
Demonstrated knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes
Knowledge of software deployment strategies
