Full-Time Registered Dietitian – Geriatric Care
Location: Reading, PA 19606
Requirements: PA Registered Dietitian, Valid Driver’s License
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our client's team, providing comprehensive nutritional care to seniors in a home and community-based setting. This role focuses on developing and implementing individualized nutrition plans to support members’ overall health and well-being.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
No evenings, weekends, or holidays

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans
Conduct in-home assessments and ongoing evaluations
Educate members, families, and caregivers on dietary needs
Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
Oversee kitchen best practices and food safety compliance
Manage the nutritional budget for the center
