Role Summary

As a Funnel System Assistant, your job is to build and manage the systems that help businesses automatically follow up with leads, send reminders, and convert interest into scheduled calls. These are backend operations—structured, templated, and done through visual editors. No coding, no writing, and no marketing experience required.

You’ll use proven tools and step-by-step checklists to complete tasks. Every part of the system is already mapped out—you just follow the plan and test to make sure it runs correctly.

What You’ll Do

Set Up Lead Capture & Follow-Up Systems

Build forms that collect lead information and connect them to CRMs

Link automated email and SMS reminders to increase engagement

Configure appointment calendars with confirmation and follow-up messaging

Organize Contacts & Automations

Tag leads based on actions like scheduling or skipping

Sort contacts into follow-up sequences automatically

Keep automation flows clean and working in the background

System Testing & Maintenance

Run test leads through each workflow to verify correct function

Fix issues like skipped steps or mistimed messages

Copy and modify workflows for additional campaigns

A Day in the Role Might Include

Completing a short onboarding module from the included 5-day challenge

Testing the system to ensure proper tags and timing
