Job Description

LaSalle Network is hiring a Remote Patient Service Representative for one of the largest and most respected names in healthcare revenue cycle management. In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice guiding patients through billing questions and payment solutions—bringing clarity and compassion to every conversation. This mid-shift remote opportunity runs 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central Time , giving you flexibility while still making a big impact.

Remote Patient Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Support patients with billing inquiries and payment issues over the phone

  • Handle approximately 50 inbound calls daily while maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor

  • Process patient payments accurately and ensure secure data entry

  • Use Epic and other internal systems to locate and update account information

  • Build trust through patience, clarity, and professionalism

Remote Patient Service Representative Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a healthcare call center or patient access role required

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to navigate sensitive topics and maintain patient confidentiality

  • Epic experience is highly preferred

  • Must have high-speed internet and a distraction-free home office setup

  • Comfortable working a 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. CT schedule
