Job Title: Research Pharmacy Technician
Job Location: On-site - Lenexa, KS
Job Type: Full-Time
We are currently seeking a Research Pharmacy Technician to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Research Pharmacy Technician, you will help prepare investigational drugs for use in clinical trials.
What you will be doing - Compiles investigational medicinal products (IMP) for patients and clinical studies.
- Processes physician’s IMP orders.
- Organizes, labels and packages investigational medicinal products.
- Monitors facility safety procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Works as an operator or verifier in a manufacturing environment.
- Cleans manufacturing areas and equipment to ensure safety guidelines and regulations are met.
- Has materials sterilized when used in a sterile environment.
- Supports material receipt, warehouse management.
- Supports completing process of study binders.
Your profile - Nationally Certified Technician Required
- Compounding IV experience preferred
- Limited working knowledge of the drug manufacturing and/or dispensing process
- Limited working knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology
- Basic knowledge of environmental monitoring data integrity
- Good verbal and written communication skills
