Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Revenue Manager located in Milpitas, California. The successful candidate will join our team and play a crucial role in managing our revenue processes, including maintaining financial records, processing applications, and interacting with customers. Responsibilities: - Manage the process of month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for contra-revenue accounts and rebates. - Handle the monthly calculation and validation of program reserves. - Review and analyze earned rebates. - Oversee the preparation of SOX controls and cater to internal and external PBC requests. - Utilize Power BI, Model N, and SAP to support the revenue function. - Manage and resolve any issues related to deferred revenue and rebates. Requirements - Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and analysis - Experience with Model N revenue management software a plus - Familiarity with SAP - Understanding of deferred revenue and its implications on financial statements. - Expertise in revenue accounting, including the recognition, measurement, and disclosure of revenue. - Knowledge of rebate programs and their impact on revenue.
