Job Title: Roofing Repair Technician

  Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay Rate: Starting at $20/hour and up, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Roofing Repair Technician to join a reputable and growing roofing team in Tulsa, OK . This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on repair experience across various roofing systems—not just new installations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to accurately diagnose and perform roofing repairs with quality and efficiency. For those with long-term goals, this role offers clear pathways into roof inspection and leadership positions .

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality repairs on asphalt shingle , metal , and flat roofing systems
• Assess roof damage and conduct diagnostics, preferably using a 20-point roof inspection process
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and professionalism
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and occasionally with property owners
• Assist with on-site inspections and document roof conditions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on roof repair experience (repair work—not just installation)
• Familiarity with asphalt shingles , metal roofing , and flat roof systems
• Experience with structured roof inspections (20-point or similar) is highly preferred
• Ability to safely climb ladders, work at heights, and lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• HAG certification is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Tools & Equipment:

• All necessary tools and equipment are provided
• Technicians may bring their own nail gun , subject to inspection and approval
