ob Title: Safety Coordinator

Location: Fort Wayne, IN.
Project Duration: 10–12 Months.
Work Schedule: 10-hour days, 6 days/week (potential for 7 days/week).
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified Safety Coordinator to join our team for a large-scale data center construction project in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a critical role focused on enforcing safety standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements on a high-demand, fast-paced site. The ideal candidate will have significant construction safety experience , preferably in data center projects , and possess the certifications necessary to be immediately effective in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enforce safety protocols on a large construction site.
• Conduct regular safety audits, site inspections, and hazard assessments.
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA standards and company safety programs.
• Participate in daily safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Maintain accurate safety logs, incident reports, and inspection records.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and construction management teams to ensure site-wide compliance.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through consistent engagement and communication.

Required Qualifications:

• CHST , STS , or similar safety certification.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 510 certification is required .
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices.
• Prior experience on data center or mission-critical facility construction projects is highly preferred .
