Job Summary: We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to drive growth within our Powersports Division, focused specifically on wholesale and distribution channels. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong track record in powersports wheel and tire sales, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment and can consistently deliver on revenue targets. This position plays a fundamental role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue. This role includes a competitive base salary plus lucrative commissions and bonuses. Job Responsibilities:
  • Actively engage existing and potential customers to close sales and meet or exceed monthly quotas while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Drive new sales through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound outreach via phone, email, and occasional site visits.
  • Understand the unique needs of powersports customers and identify solutions using our extensive portfolio of wheels and tires.
  • Identify key accounts, generate interest, and build relationships to convert prospects into long-term customers.
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools to track activity, conversion rates, and opportunities.
  • Partner with internal sales teams, product leaders, and channel partners to develop strategies and increase product adoption.
  • Conduct impactful product presentations, online demos, and technical overviews as needed.
  • Provide market feedback and identify emerging trends in the powersports sector.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in powersports wheel and tire sales—this is a must-have.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong phone presence with the ability to handle high call volume and engage prospects effectively.
  • Solid CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) with the ability to manage a dynamic pipeline.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-starter mentality with a hunger to win and a team-first mindset.
