We are selling parts and components for earthmoving equipment to customers across North America. We specialize in Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Volvo parts among others. A few of the industries we sell to are the mining industry, rock quarries, construction companies and landfills.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of the sales process by providing administrative support, managing client communications, and assisting in the coordination of sales activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolution to their needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Provide ongoing support to customers throughout the purchasing process to enhance satisfaction and retention.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales support or a similar administrative role. Willing to train the right candidate
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A customer-focused attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile to meet client needs.
