Title: SAP S4 HANA Master Data Analyst (with EWM Experience)
Location: On-site Bridgewater, NJ or Hybrid
Type of role: 12+ Months Contract

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Master Data Specialist with expertise in   Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management, migration, and optimization of master data processes within SAP S/4 HANA, with a strong focus on warehouse operations and EWM integration. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of supply chain, logistics, and data governance best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Master Data Management:
Design, create, upload and maintain master data objects in
SAP S4 HANA,   including but not limited to:

• Material Master
• Vendor Master
• Customer Master
• Batch Management
• Storage Locations
• Extended Warehouse Structures (e.g., Material Master,
Storage Bins,   Storage Types)
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across the system.

2. EWM Integration:

• Configure and maintain EWM-specific master data to support warehouse   operations.
• Collaborate with EWM functional teams to ensure seamless integration of   master data with warehouse processes.
• Optimize master data for EWM functionalities such as inbound/outbound   processing, inventory management, and RF transactions.

3. Data Governance:

• Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data standards.
• Resolve data-related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.

4. Collaboration & Support:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand master data   requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Provide training and support to end-users on master data processes and   best practices.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues   related to master data.

5. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in   master data management.
• Stay updated on SAP S4 HANA and EWM advancements to recommend   and implement best practices.

Professional Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain
Management, Business   Administration, or a related field.

Professional Experience:
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP master data
management, preferably in SAP S4 HANA.
• Hands-on experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse
Management) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and logistics
operations.

Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA master data modules.
• Knowledge of EWM-specific master data objects and
configurations.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and other S4 HANA tools.
• Experience with data migration tools (e.g., LSMW, LTMC) is a
plus.

Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications
• SAP S4 HANA certification in Master Data Management or
EWM.
• Experience in data migration and cutover activities during SAP
implementations.
• Knowledge of integration between SAP EWM and other
modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
