Job Responsibilities
Assistant to Senior Management:
- Assist senior management personnel of the company in completing daily management affairs, itinerary planning, and coordination work for specific projects.
- Participate in important company meetings, be responsible for taking meeting minutes and following up and implementing subsequent matters.
- Establish and maintain relationships between the company and external partners to enhance the company's image and influence.
Game Operation:
- Be responsible for the operation of overseas game products, and assist in formulating, implementing, supervising, and analyzing strategies.
- Based on user feedback and data analysis, assist the R&D and planning teams in modifying products, provide solutions, and ensure that product data meets the standards.
- Conduct scientific analysis of game operation data, explore various ways to increase the number of online users and paid revenue of the products, and enhance product stickiness.
- Coordinate with the planning and marketing teams to prepare versions for the game's launch, plan online and offline activities, and track the operation status of the game after its launch.
- Analyze problems according to the online operation effect of the game products, and provide optimization suggestions for product iterative development to improve product operation effectiveness.
- Be responsible for monitoring relevant game products in the industry, pay attention to industry trends, and adjust operation strategies in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or above from a university ranked among the top 50 in the QS World Rankings globally.
- Fluent in English and able to adapt to a fully English-speaking office environment.
- 0-3 years of work experience in game operation in the game industry, familiar with the operation process.
- Have high emotional intelligence, good communication skills, excellent stress resistance, and flexible adaptability.
