Job Description :
Demonstrated organization and time management skills and flexibility to shift priorities as needed to accomplish a variety of tasks.
Demonstrated experience in analyzing business processes and services and recommending Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that would best measure business success.
Ability to work across functions and organizational levels to develop best practices and identify insights.
Demonstrated experience in implementing KPIs into actual data collection rules in Google Analytics, including the new GA4 platform.
Hands-on experience in orienting and training users on conducting data analysis, and interpreting and communicating results and insights.
Demonstrated experience in applying agile methodology to daily work.
Working experience in research and investigating new technology in the field of analytics
Demonstrated experience in Oral and Written communication.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in Customer Experience Services such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or WebEngage.
Demonstrated experience in working with internal customers to identify and automate internal functions.
Knowledge or experience in designing, and managing design of web applications in Python, Django, D3, and other programming languages
Experience creating well-designed, visually appealing management-level dashboards drawing from tools including Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI, and other analytics applications.
Ability to distill complex information into easy-to-understand insights for a senior management audience.
Capability to address emerging needs proactively and work independently while also delivering insight as part of a team.
Attention to detail.
Ability to learn new applications and tasks quickly to adapt to changing priorities.
Hands-on experience in working with business teams to identify, resolve, and track application issues.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
Knowledge or experience in generating, maintaining, and troubleshooting GIS web applications (Google Maps API or QGis).
Knowledge or experience with PHP, PostgreSQL, PostGIS, setting up QGIS servers, and configuring Apache.
Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, Statistics, or related field.
