Position: Senior Cleaning Technician

Location: Fort Wayne, IN 

Hours: 2nd & 3rd Shift, must have some flexibility 

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00

per hourBenefits: Auto and technology allowances

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties efficiently and effectively, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are consistently met
  
• Train new cleaning staff on company policies, procedures, and best practices
  
• Maintain accurate records of inventories and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times
  
• Communicate regularly with operations and field personnel to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any issues or concerns
  
• Implement and adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  
• Assist with special cleaning projects and other tasks as needed
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the cleaning industry, with a focus on commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
  
• Detail-oriented and thorough approach to cleaning tasks, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
  
• Flexibility to work on-call hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
