Location: This position works out of the Phoenix Office

The Role

The Sr. Director of Marketing will lead our national marketing strategy across performance marketing, brand development, creative, and community engagement. This person will be responsible for overseeing marketing operations that directly drive patient acquisition, elevate brand awareness, and maximize ROI across all channels.

The ideal candidate is a data-savvy, bilingual leader who knows how to inspire creative excellence while delivering measurable results. They’ll be equally comfortable in boardrooms and brainstorming sessions — someone who can drive strategy and execution, while aligning with our mission of service and access.

Key Responsibilities

· Marketing Leadership: Own the strategy, development, and execution of national and regional marketing campaigns, including paid media, social, email, and grassroots initiatives.

· Performance Marketing & Analytics: Lead a metrics-driven approach to patient acquisition and retention. Oversees media buying, conversion tracking, lead generation, attribution, and ROI reporting.

· Brand & Creative Direction: Steward the Risas brand across all consumer touchpoints, ensuring message consistency and emotional resonance while supporting business objectives.

· Community Marketing: Champion initiatives that deepen trust within the communities we serve — including bilingual messaging, localized content, and culturally relevant campaigns.

· Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing in-house and external marketing team.

· Executive Collaboration: Partner with the CEO, operations, clinical, and finance teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals and deliver clear business value.

· Budget Oversight: Manage a 3 million dollar marketing budget and agency relationships to drive efficiency and scale.

Qualifications

· Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

· 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles

· Demonstrated success in performance marketing, with strong knowledge of digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, SEO/SEM, CRM)

· Experience in healthcare, multi-location retail, or service-based industries a strong plus

· Proven ability to build and manage marketing analytics dashboards and reporting systems

· Strong sense of brand strategy, creative direction, and customer journey mapping

· Mission-aligned mindset and passion for serving diverse communities

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

· Residence in the Phoenix area or willingness to relocate (preferred)
