Position Title: Senior Executive Administrative Assistant Location: Hanover, MD
Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, managing communications, travel, documentation, and calendar functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate schedules, manage calendars, and arrange meetings for executive staff.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and official documents.
- Process travel authorizations and vouchers using the Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Track action items, suspense dates, and taskers to support leadership priorities.
- Manage communications and maintain organizational records and filing systems.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate executive engagements.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent administrative support experience.
- 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a federal or DoD setting.
- Strong skills in MS Office, calendar management, and federal correspondence formatting.
- Familiarity with DTS and DoD administrative systems and policies.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
