JOB TITLE: Senior Flight Readiness Inspector
LOCATION: San Antonio, TX
PAY RATE: $45/hour

Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

Training: Successful completion of training (OJT or classroom) is required for this role.
Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Inspect and verify flight component installations and system functionality.
Troubleshoot and document issues in pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems.
Conduct pre-flight, post-flight, and pre-delivery inspections.
Ensure compliance with maintenance and modification requirements.
Document non-conformances and assist in corrective actions.
Work independently to meet inspection and delivery objectives.
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant experience OR
Vocational school/Associate's degree with 2+ years of experience OR
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3+ years of aerospace industry experience.
3+ years in quality inspection and/or auditing.
3+ years of experience with Velocity and 787 production applications.
Ability to work any shift, including nights and weekends.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 35 lbs.
Comfortable working at heights and in noisy environments.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting work instructions.
Ability to use personal protective equipment and handle hazardous materials.
Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and occasional lifting over 50 lbs (team lift).
MUST BE US PERSONS
Desired Skills:
FAA Airframe & Power Plant (A&P) license.
3+ years of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) risk experience.
3+ years of 787 Program experience.
2+ years of leadership experience.
Proficiency in REDARS, PSDS, and BAC specifications.
Experience with NCR/EPD documentation.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
3+ years of flight line operations experience.
