As a Senior Global Mobility Advisor, specializing in top talent relocations and assignments, you will collaborate with HR colleagues to provide expert guidance and coordination for international relocations and assignments of senior-level personnel. This role offers the chance to engage with senior employees, managers, and business leaders, addressing a variety of topics with precision, empathy, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and data integrity. Reporting to the Global Head of Delivery, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the relocations and assignments of managing directors and senior leaders into the U.S., while working with regional leads to oversee and coordinate moves to other countries.
