Senior Interior Designer (Experienced)

Position

Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall interior design work, including graphic design elements applied within interior spaces

• Manage projects from initial design planning and drawings through construction completion

• Oversee project schedules and manage end-to-end project processes

• Coordinate and communicate with external partners, including architects and contractors

• Conduct site visits and manage construction sites

• Assign tasks to team members and provide design and performance feedback

• Organize and manage project-related documentation, including design files and invoices

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in interior design

• Hands-on experience managing construction sites

• Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, and Enscape (Note: Experience with V-Ray is highly transferable to Enscape; candidates without Enscape experience can be trained)

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Proven experience in project management

• Strong understanding of project scheduling and full project lifecycle

• Detail-oriented with a highly organized and systematic working style

• Experience managing or leading a team

• Fluent in both English and Korean

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience working with architectural plans and drawings

• Extensive collaboration experience with architects and contractors

• Strong ability to respond to and coordinate solutions for on-site construction issues

Employment Details

• Salary: $60,000 – $72,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Site visits and on-site construction management required (valid driver’s license required)

• (참고: V-Ray 사용 경험자는 Enscape 적응이 용이하며, 미사용자도 충분히 학습 가능)

• Photoshop, Illustrator 등 디자인 툴 활용 가능자

• 프로젝트 매니지먼트 경험 보유자

• 프로젝트 스케줄 관리 능력 및 전체 프로세스에 대한 이해

• 꼼꼼하고 체계적인 업무 스타일

• 팀 관리 경험 보유자

• 영어 및 한국어 이중 언어 사용 가능자

우대 사항

• Architectural plan(건축 도면) 경험이 풍부한 분

• 아키텍트 및 시공사와의 협업 경험이 많은 분

• 현장 이슈 대응 및 조율 경험이 많은 분

근무 조건

• 연봉: $60,000 – $72,000 (경력에 따라 협의)

• 근무 형태: 풀타임

• 현장 방문 및 현장 관리 업무 포함 (운전 필수)
