**Position Summary...** Senior Manager, Operations - Trust and Safety Identity Fraud will oversee detection, investigation, and adjudication of identity fraud on the Spark Driver platform. This role requires expertise in program operations, digital acceleration, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. **What you'll do...** + Operations: Oversee the development and execution of multiple tools and platforms to detect and mitigate identity fraud. Oversee vendors and contracts. Identify and respond to new identity fraud typographies. Proactive fraud prevention. + Process Optimization: Streamline existing processes and tools using technology and process improvement to improve speed, minimize false positives, and enhance fraudulent ID detection. Continual monitoring and improvement of operational health metrics and KPIs, including SLAs and backlogs. + Digital Acceleration: Implement enhanced detection capabilities, AI models, and prevention methodologies and other identity tools. Work with partners to mitigate vulnerabilities that increase risk of fraud and misconduct by unauthorized individuals. + Talent Development: Attract, retain, and develop a high-performing team. Provide mentorship and opportunities for growth and development, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. **Preferred Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in fraud prevention, identity verification, data analytics, operations, asset protection, technology or similar roles. - Proven track record in managing complex workstreams, leading teams, and cross-functional partnerships. - Knowledge of fraud analytics tools and methods. - Knowledge of contract management. - Excellent relationship management and communication skills At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
