Role: Senior Packaging Engineer 📦
Design and implement cost-effective, compliant, and sustainable packaging solutions that protect products through all shipping environments. You'll lead packaging innovation, drive sustainability initiatives, and ensure products arrive defect-free while collaborating with global teams on new product development.
Requirements: 🎓
✅ Bachelor's in Packaging Engineering (Preferred)
✅ 5+ years in high-volume consumer/industrial packaging
✅ Expertise in corrugated, pulp, foam, and retail packaging
✅ Knowledge of ASTM/ISTA standards and UN 38.3 testing
✅ Proficient in CAD and Microsoft Office
✅ Experience with sustainable packaging initiatives
✅ Strong project management and communication skills
✅ Ability to travel up to 20%
