What is the opportunity?
As a Sr. Pega developer within Wealth Management Technology & Solutions, you will build innovative BPM solutions that accelerate digital transformation across RBC Wealth Management. You will partner with key stakeholders in Technology, Operations and Business to assess, analyze and recommend process solutions to meet sponsor needs. You will design, develop and integrate process of end-to-end technical solutions and provide required technical documentation (IDD, TDD, and Architecture). You will add value by providing in-depth research & knowledge of the system and latest Pega features (Low Code, COSMOS UI) available to inform design for scalable process management solutions that leverage reusable and configurable components for low code, agile delivery.
What will you do?
The individual taking on this role will focus specific to the Pega Infinity versions - designing, coding application programs and performing testing for developed applications.
Reviewing, analyzing, and modifying programming systems, including encoding, testing, debugging, and installing for a large-scale system.
Ensuring the operating efficiency of existing application systems. Maintaining records for the documentation of systems development and revisions.
Conducting analyses of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of application systems.
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or Computer Science preferred.
Minimum of 6 years for technical experience within specific domain of knowledge.
Pega Infinity versions, Pega DX API, Pega AUT, Pega PDC, Kafka, IBM Open shift cloud, Microsoft SQL Server, and S3 .
Pega Certified Developer.
Nice to have:
Experience with SQL Server, RPA, & Cloud is also a plus.
Pega app studio will be an advantage.
Demonstrated experience with Java/J2EE/HTML development.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $70,000-$130,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
You have the potential to earn more through RBC’s discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
