Job Description

In this role you will be working on the Agents AI team, you will be working the latest Agents AI (build GenAI agents). This team at ServiceNow AI Agents are embedded in the Now Platform, our powerful system of action for the enterprise. The Now Platform lets AI agents integrate with your entire business to solve problems across every department

What you get to do in this role:  

• Maintain existing automation test frameworks
• Collect and report quality metrics from test execution
• Work with developers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them
• Create comprehensive test plans; execute and automate them
• Support engineering organizations in troubleshooting or addressing issues with applications and dev/test environments

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• 5+ years of experience with quality assurance and Java programming with Selenium, JUnit and TestNG
• 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency with scripting in JavaScript. Experience with Eclipse, Jenkin, Maven, and Git
• Understanding of testing techniques (e.g. performance, unit, integration, automated), their strengths and weakness, and ability to use them to best effect
• Ability to use tools (such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools) to assist with daily tasks
• Experience driving cross-team technical discussions with an understanding of SDLC concepts

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $112,800 - $191,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as
