Job Description

**Hybrid remote | 2 weeks per month onsite in Boston, MA**

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will get the opportunity to develop your skills, collaborate across teams and continue to learn in a fun, collaborative, iterative, and rapidly changing environment. This is a hands-on role where you will write code for product features. You will work closely with the technical lead, business development, client services and UX design teams to build intuitive and functional user interfaces. As a senior technical member of our team, you will guide junior engineers and help develop their technical skills.

Pay: $63 - $73/hr W2

• Work with product management on requirements, decompose epics into stories, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations
• Build scalable, resilient, cloud-based systems aligned with our long-term strategy
• Provide outstanding support, including on-call support when necessary
• Mentor junior software engineers

• Expert in Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML, and CSS/SCSS
• Familiar with NgRx, Redux, or other state management patterns
• Proficient in the use of Test Automation Tools and Frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress
• Passionate about customer experience and good UX design
• Experience working with REST APIs
• Experience with automated CI/CD environments
• Basic understanding of core Java technologies
• Preferred experience with AWS or other cloud platforms and containerization technologies such as Docker

• A solid and strong foundation in software engineering – bachelor’s degree + preferred, 4 years’ experience.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
