What you'll be doing

As a Senior Video Editor, you will report directly into the Director of Video and help create the visual identity of our video content—creating, dynamic edits that resonate with our audience across multiple platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and beyond. You are fluent in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve (or another color grading software) and be able to improve videos through motion graphics, pacing, and color.

We are looking for a balance of technical expertise and creative vision, working well by yourself while also collaborating with producers, directors, and designers. You have 10+ years of editing experience, an understanding of social and digital storytelling

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

• 10+ years of professional video editing experience, within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle media.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve (or other color grading software).
• Motion graphics skills, with the ability to create dynamic, engaging edits.
• Experience editing for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social-first platforms, understanding how to increase content for each.
• A visual aesthetic and a sense of pacing, storytelling, and brand identity.
• Creative, and able to take projects from raw footage to a polished final product independently.
• An interest and passion with fashion, beauty, and pop culture, with an understanding of industry trends.
