Position Overview:
We are seeking a remote Service Desk Analyst to support our end client,The ideal candidate must be based in Texas and demonstrate fluency in both French and Spanish, with proven experience working with Canadian clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level IT support to end users via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams as needed.
Deliver clear, professional communication and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to knowledge base articles.
Requirements:
Proficiency in French and Spanish (verbal and written).
Prior experience supporting Canadian clients in a service desk or IT helpdesk environment.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
