Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing: • Completing 1–2 small jobs per day, including maintenance, repairs, and small jobs • Driving your high-roof Ford Transit van between jobs • Working solo with professional presentation and customer communication, and attending fun team meetups • Using our CRM software (HouseCallPro) to update progress and photos • Keeping your van and workspace clean, organized, and safe Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years in handyman, carpentry, or residential renovation work • Strong general skills: general carpentry, drywall, painting, trim, rot repair, fence repair, finishing carpentry work, furniture assembly, etc. • Ability to problem-solve independently and manage your own schedule • Clean Class 5 driver’s license • Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working full days • Comfortable driving a full-size high-roof van • Friendly, respectful, and reliable — the kind of person people trust in their home About Company: Microworks is changing the way handyman work gets done; we only do small jobs with no chaos, no guesswork, no disorganized crews, no long, drawn-out projects — just skilled tradespeople, well-equipped, respected, and supported with systems and strong knowledge in the trades.
