Key Responsibilities - Perform general labor tasks on active construction sites under the direction of foremen and supervisors.
- Operate hand and power tools, as well as jobsite equipment, safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist with demolition, site preparation, concrete work, piping, welding, fabrication, cleanup and more.
- Support skilled trades and contribute to various phases of the construction process.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Take direction and learn new tasks with a positive and team-focused attitude.
Qualifications - Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction or general labor preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Punctual, dependable, and eager to take initiative.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- No specific licenses or certifications required.
