Compensation:  $35-$40 per hour with a 32-34 hour work week

Job Details:
Helmed by Chef Brian Limoges (Atelier Crenn, Quince, Birdsong and Saison), Enclos will offers a nightly Chef's tasting menu, Wednesday through Saturday. In partnership with Stone Edge Farm Estate Vineyard and Winery, we will showcase our wines as well as local and international wines.

Looking for a Sommelier to assist the Beverage Director.

This position will be responsible for all aspects of wine service, food and wine pairing recommendations, and ensuring proper wine storage and service. Ability to educate staff and guests about wine choices based on their preferences and the menu and manage inventory. Looking for a team player, ability to keep up-to-date on wine knowledge, new wines, trends, and industry developments.

The ideal candidates will be passionate about hospitality, highly motivated, and have a keen eye for detail. While we prefer 2+ years in fine dining, a good attitude, and a strong work ethic will be just as important. The restaurant will be open Wednesday-Saturday for dinner only.
